The Ghillie Restaurant is inspired by our location. Since the 1800s our Castle has been nestled by the banks of the River Clyde, a spot loved by anglers and a source of salmon and wild brown trout.
We’re extremely proud of our heritage, and at The Ghillie we’ve captured the best of what Scotland can offer, all in one beautifully designed space.

Sunday Roast
Enjoy a slow-roast beef platter or our roast of the day, served with roast potatoes, seasonal vegetables and gratins, crispy Yorkshire puddings, and lashings of gravy. We also have a selection of delicious sharing starters and our delectable Deluxe Double Sundae for dessert!
We've got the little ones covered too, with our kid's mini roasts and puds.
